Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited, as is sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure the vehicle is used within its design limits, including passenger capacity and weight restrictions. Driving outside designated geographical boundaries requires prior approval.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.

8. Liability Restrictions
